At JCN Defensive Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional shooting courses and firearm training. Due to the specialized nature of our services, we have implemented the following refund policy:
1. **No Refunds Policy**
All sales are final. Payments made for any of our courses or training modules are non-refundable. This policy applies to all situations, including personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending your booked session.
2. **Rescheduling Policy**
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course or training module, you may request to move your booking to the next available slot for that specific training module. To qualify for rescheduling, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start of your scheduled course. We will also consider rescheduling requests made with a minimum of 3 days' notice, though accommodation cannot be guaranteed for requests made with less than 7 days' notice.
3. **Exceptional Circumstances**
In the event of an emergency or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. While we maintain a strict no-refunds policy, we are willing to work with you to find a suitable solution.
4. **Cancellation by JCN Defensive Solutions**
In the unlikely event that JCN Defensive Solutions needs to cancel a course or training session, participants will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the option to reschedule to a future date at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
